Persistent monitoring checks homepage, admin/login and WordPress REST every minute (on Vercel Pro/Enterprise), confirms failures twice, and sends one alert only after a non-UP state persists for 10 minutes. A single recovery email follows only if an outage alert was sent. Check live is a one-off public check.
